Clokizy works without an account. Your tasks, hours and exports are stored only in your device's browser. We cannot access them and they are not sent to any server.
When you activate a license key, the app sends the key and the product ID to Gumroad, through our hosting provider, to check that it is valid. No other data is sent.
When you fill in a form (free trial, contact), we receive:
We use this data to send you the app link, answer your messages and, if you agreed, send you tips about Clokizy. Legal basis: your request and your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time.
We keep it for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then delete it. It is never sold or shared.
Payment and invoicing are handled by Gumroad, Inc., San Francisco, California, USA (gumroad.com). Gumroad processes your payment data under its own privacy policy. We receive your email address and order details.
Our providers Netlify (hosting and forms) and Gumroad (payment) are based in the United States. Data transfers rely on GDPR safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
The website also loads its font from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google.
The website uses no advertising cookies and no analytics tool. During your visit, the browser only keeps how you arrived on the site, to attach it to the form.
You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, and object to its use, through the contact form or at contact@clokizy.com. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr), or your local authority.
