These terms apply to the purchase of a Clokizy license, published by WORSHIPPER, trade name of Noémi Songolo-Samba EI (SIREN 810 866 590). By purchasing, you accept them.
Clokizy is a web app for tracking work time, usable on desktop, iPhone and Android. Your purchase gives you a personal, lifetime license, valid on up to 5 devices. The license may not be resold or shared publicly.
Before buying, you can use Clokizy free for 7 days, with no credit card. Please use the trial to check that the app meets your needs and works on your devices.
The price is $7.90 (English version, plus applicable taxes depending on your country) or €6.90 including VAT (French version), as a one-time payment with no subscription. Payment is collected by Gumroad, Inc., San Francisco, California, USA (gumroad.com), which acts as reseller (merchant of record) and issues your receipt.
Your license key appears immediately after payment, on the confirmation page and in your receipt email. To activate it: open Clokizy, go to "Already have a key?", paste the key and click "Activate". An internet connection is required for activation.
Clokizy is digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing, you request immediate supply and acknowledge that, for consumers in the EU, the statutory right of withdrawal ends once the key is activated.
We nevertheless offer a refund on request within 14 days of purchase, through the contact form. A refund deactivates the key.
Your hours are stored only on your device, in your browser. Export your time logs to CSV regularly. We cannot recover data deleted by your browser, for example after clearing browsing data or changing devices.
We may update the app to improve it. We do our best to keep it available, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the license and excludes indirect damages such as loss of revenue. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

In case of dispute, please contact us first through the contact form. If no solution is found, consumers may refer the matter free of charge to a consumer mediator; its contact details will be added to this page once registration is completed.
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence and may bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence.
